Welcome to Mirnov Studios. By accessing or booking a session through our website or studio, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both our clients and our business while maintaining the luxurious, confidential experience that defines Mirnov Studios.

SERVICES

Mirnov Studios provides personalized luxury boudoir photography sessions, including pre-session consultations, professional styling guidance, custom photoshoots, image retouching, and product creation. All sessions are tailored to each client’s vision and are delivered as an exclusive, private experience.

BOOKING & PAYMENTS

A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and creative preparation.
The remaining balance is due as outlined in your invoice or session agreement.
Payment must be completed before your session begins.
Mirnov Studios reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session if payment terms are not met.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

Please review our Refund Policy for full details. By booking, you acknowledge that session retainers are non-refundable and that rescheduling may be subject to fees depending on notice provided.

IMAGE DELIVERY

Your private gallery will be delivered within the timeframe stated at booking (typically 2-4 weeks after your session). All image selections and final approvals must be made within the time period noted in your gallery access instructions. After that time, gallery access may expire and additional fees may apply for reactivation or archiving requests.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & ARTWORK

All images, albums, and printed artwork are custom-made and final sale. Due to the nature of personalized art, no refunds or exchanges are offered after final delivery. Mirnov Studios retains the right to adjust minor edits or replacements if a file issue occurs, at our discretion.

All images created by Mirnov Studios are protected by U.S. Copyright Law.

Mirnov Studios retains full copyright ownership of all images.
Clients are granted personal-use rights for sharing and printing their purchased images.
Commercial or promotional use without written consent from Mirnov Studios is strictly prohibited.

If you wish to request extended usage rights, please contact us directly.

PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

Mirnov Studios upholds complete client confidentiality and never shares or publishes images without your explicit, written consent. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your information is collected and protected.

STUDIO CONDUCT

We maintain a respectful and professional environment at all times. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with studio guidelines may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While every precaution is taken to ensure a safe and seamless experience, Mirnov Studios is not liable for unforeseen circumstances, equipment failure, natural events, or situations beyond our control that may impact a session.

In the rare event of such an occurrence, liability is limited to the return of paid session fees (excluding retainers).

POLICY UPDATES

Mirnov Studios reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with a revised effective date.

AGREEMENT

By booking a session, visiting our website, or purchasing any products from Mirnov Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
