Refund Policy

At Mirnov Studios, every luxury boudoir experience is a fully customized and time-dedicated service designed to celebrate your confidence, individuality, and artistry. Because each session is reserved exclusively for you, the following refund and rescheduling policies ensure fairness and respect for both our clients and our creative team.

 

BOOKING FEES & RETAINERS

​

All session retainers and booking fees are non-refundable. They secure your date, time, and creative preparation, and are applied toward your total session balance. Once your booking is confirmed, your spot is held exclusively for you.

​

RESCHEDULING

​

We understand that life can bring the unexpected.

​

  • Clients may reschedule once with at least 7 days’ notice without penalty.

  • Reschedules requested within 7 days of the session may incur a rescheduling fee due to studio time, MUA scheduling, and preparation costs. Previously reserved shoot location is not guaranteed.

  • If you fail to attend your scheduled session or cancel without notice, your retainer is forfeited.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Because each booking involves extensive pre-planning, wardrobe curation, and preparation:

 

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before your session may receive a credit toward a future date (subject to availability).

  • Cancellations made within 30 days are non-refundable and non-transferable.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND PRINTS

​

All digital images, albums, and printed artwork are final sale once approved by you. Due to the custom nature of our work, Mirnov Studios cannot issue refunds or exchanges on digital or physical products after delivery.

REFUND EXCEPTIONS

​

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases of:

​

  • Duplicate payments made in error

  • A verified service issue on the part of Mirnov Studios

​

Requests must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of your session or product delivery.

​

CLIENT SATISFACTION

​

We take great pride in creating a transformational, confidence-building experience. If you have any concerns regarding your session or gallery, please contact mirnovstudios@gmail.com so we can address them promptly and professionally.

POLICY AGREEMENT

By booking a session with Mirnov Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
